Healthy eating can seem so complex: eat this, not that. macros vs micros. points vs calories. low carb, high fat. paleo.
There are so many options to explore and so many ways in which you can find success. I know that not one way fits all and that’s the glory of finding your way. What works for me is eating a well balanced diet of fruit, veggies, fat, and carbs. I don’t have to restrict from any certain food group and have the flexibility to eat what I want as long as I focus on portion control and a balance of the food groups (i.e. not eating carbs all day like I used to).
